Here2Care Medway is a domiciliary care agency which is proud to have ben serving the Kent community for more than 10 years from its Dartford Head Office.
We are currently a "Gold" Provider with medway Council following an extensive tender exercise by the council which was completed in December 2012.
We have been operating in the Medway community since 2009 and currently provide personal care to approximately 250 people in their own homes.
