All Carers are directly employed by Helping Hands, fully vetted and have to undergo a rigorous week long residential training course before they become part of the Helping Hands family. The training is lead by an award winning team of trainers and specialists and is both educational and inspirational.
Helping Hands is fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission and a founding member of the United Kingdom Home Care Association. It has been recignised by The Great British Care Awards at regional and national level as well as receiving the award for Dementia Personality of The Year to Jayne Vale at the 2012 Dementia Congress.
