Help Unlimited provides personal care to people in their own homes on a day to day or live-in basis. The provision of personal care is a registered regulated activity and is regulated by the Care Quality Commission. Help Unlimited also introduce people to provide live in care to individuals.
The regulated activity of ‘personal care has an exemption for people who introduce a carer to an individual, but who then have no “ongoing role in the direction or control of the service provided”.
