ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - HEATHFIELD GARDENS
Heathfield Gardens provides nursing and personal care for up to ten people with a learning disability. Some people receiving care also also have an autistic spectrum disorder and/ or some 'challenging' behaviours. The service is located in the village of Tibshelf in Derbyshire.
