ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - HEATHER BRAE SUPPORTED LIVING NETWORK
Heather Brae is located within a residential area of Congleton and comprises of five mews houses, each with four bedrooms. Staff are employed by Cheshire East Council to provide a supported living service to the 18 tenants who live in the houses. There is office accommodation for seven staff and a sleep in facility for one member of staff.
