Positive Community Care was established more than 15 years ago and we have maintained our sound reputation for providing a range of high quality care services. We continue to be family run business whose principle aim remains to deliver a personalised care service for all our customers requiring assistance and support in the areas of home care, residential care and supported housing.
Our approach is based on the recovery model of care which is used to support the maintenance of a meaningful and satisfying life, despite any ongoing challenges and illness one may have. It is our intention that health, strength and wellbeing is fully promoted and as such our registered carers will help wherever possible, to discover ways in which you can maintain active control over your life in a way that works best for you.

We are fully regulated by CQC and are proud of the fact that through our robust monitoring procedures and commitment to staff development we recently achieved a 98% overall satisfaction score across our service users. Our emphasis on quality has also been reflected consistently in our CQC reports.
