ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - HAS DIRECTORATE OFFICE - WHITBY HOSPITAL
North Yorkshire County Council operate the HAS Directorate Office - Whitby. This location is registered to provide personal care. A domiciliary care service can be provided to people in Whitby & surrounding villages. This service can be provided for up to six weeks to help people rehabilitate and increase their independence. This service is known as the short term assessment reablement team (START). There are a few people who are receiving a long term service to help them to stay at home.
