The home is part of a small group of three homes. Hartington House is in the residential area of Heaton in Bolton. A local company, Perpetual Care, own the homes, with the day-to-day care carried out by the Registered Manager.
Hartington House is an end terrace house, consisting of five single bedrooms and communal areas. The house is close to the main road leading into Bolton
