ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - HARBOUR RECOVERY CENTRE
Harbour Recovery Centre is an eight-bedded unit which is run as a heroin detoxification centre by the Salvation Army. The service is commissioned by the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Drug Action Team. The service works specifically with male clients, mostly from the Bangladeshi community.
