ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - HAMPDEN HALL CARE CENTRE
Hampden Hall Care Centre is a modern purpose built nursing home that opened in 2008 and is located within a delightful residential development in Weston Turville, approximately 1.8 miles from Aylesbury town centre in Buckinghamshire. The home benefits from excellent commuter links with easy access to the A413 and A41, which connect to the M40, M25 and M1 motorways. Stoke Mandeville railway station is also close by.
It is owned by Westgate Healthcare, a family run Award Winning business (see article below), who have over 20 years of experience in successfully providing the care and support that their residents require.
The home is registered to care for up to 120 physically frail elderly service users in need of nursing care and has been carefully designed to offer:

Palliative Care
The home offers care for both private users and those who are referred by social services.
Our main aim is to provide person centred care by giving every resident the freedom to continue their daily lives with dignity, independence, privacy and the widest possible personal choice.
We have a contract with a local GP Surgery who provide weekly surgeries for our residents in our own treatment room.
The home is arranged over three floors and the ground floor has a circular corridor surrounding a beautiful and secure central sensory garden and providing a continuous ‘wander path’ for the benefit of our residents with dementia.
There are 120 bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room and comfortable colour co-ordinated furnishings, nurse call, television point, internet and telephone points, bedside light and high quality vanity units. Four bedrooms offer wider doors and ceiling hoists for residents that require a little more assistance.
