ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - HALTON SUPPORTED HOUSING NETWORK
Halton Supported Housing Network Living consists of 19 houses. The network provides accommodation with support in the community for adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities. They provide staff to support people in their own home's with a variety of support packages based on their individual needs. The network supports individuals to uphold their tenancy agreement and participate in the community.
