ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - HACKNEY LEARNING DISABILITY OUTREACH SUPPORT
Our outreach support service in Hackney provides a range of support to loal residents with learning disabilities, enabling them to live independently and maintain their tenancy.
We support customers to achieve short and longer term goals, depending on their circumstances and needs. Support is structured and covers various areas, including: managing health and wellbeing, advice on benefits, managing your money and budgeting, life skills, such as cooking, shopping, cleaning and managing the home, emotional support and motivation, accessing work or training opportunities, accessing local community groups and amenities.
