ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - GREENWAYS NURSING HOME
Greenways Nursing Home is located in Horsham, West Sussex. The home provides both residential and nursing care for up to 31 people who have dementia care needs. At the time of this inspection a previous manager had not submitted an application to be removed from our register and as such was still registered as a manager for the home in addition to the current registered manager.
