ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - GRAVESHAM PLACE INTEGRATED CARE CENTRE
Gravesham Place Integrated Care Centre is run by Kent County Council. The Care Centre is part of a complex, which includes Gravesend Community Hospital and a day care centre. Kent County Council work closely with the Primary Care Trust, which runs the hospital and day centre, and which supplies nurses for one of the Care Centre units which provides nursing care.
The Centre is situated in the centre of Gravesend, near to shops and other town facilities.
