ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - GRASMERE REST HOME
Grasmere is a residential care home providing 24 hour care with trained staff on duty. The home is situated in a quiet residential area of Sutton within walking distance of the railway station and High Street. The home is tastefully decorated and furnished to create a homely, elegant and comfortable environment. Most of our rooms are single with en-suite facilities, nurse call points, tv and telephone points. The home has a pleasant lounge and dining room overlooking the garden, which has easy access and is well maintained with lawns, plants, trees, flowers and a large patio area. Accommodation is on two floors serviced with a passenger lift and a stairlift.
Grasmere provides activities everyday of the week which include bingo, board games and chair exercises.
Our service users have regular access to the services of healthcare professionals such as district nurses, dentists and opticians as well as chiropodists and an aromatherapist.
