Granby Complex is owned by a Granby Holdings Limited a subsidiary of Four Seasons's Health Care. The home offers personal care services for up to 48 older people in the residential unit and 35 in the Nursing Unit. The home is a converted hotel which is situated with excellent views of the stray, close to Harrogate town centre and all local amenities.
