Grace Eyre Foundation is registered to provide personal care, and operates as a shared lives scheme. Adults and older people with a learning disability are supported to live in adult placements, for short or long periods in Brighton and Hove, and East and West Sussex. People are enabled to experience ordinary lives and to be part of a family, living within the community.
