United Response is a well established national charity supporting young people and adults with a wide range of disabilities and mental health needs - which include learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, acquired brain injury, mental health needs, and dementia.



We have a strong track record in supporting individuals with dual diagnosis, complex needs and challenging behaviour. With our person centred active support and positive behaviour support, people are encouraged to make choices about their life, learn new skills and increase their independence.



We offer flexible support depending on your requirements, which can range from a few hours each week to 24 hours a day. This support could be to live independently in your own home or sharing with others, manage your money, access activities in the community, go to college or get a job. As well as being inspected by the Care Quality Commission and Local Authorities, we have robust complaints procedures in place. We involve the people we support to carry out checks to make sure our support is of the highest standard possible. And the findings are fed back to our board of directors and trustees.
