It has all single occupancy accommodation, several lounge and dining spaces, a kitchen, laundry and a secure enclosed patio-garden. There is also an open-plan side garden, which is not secure. The upper floor is accessed by a stair lift. There is plenty of space for people to utilise in the home. There is parking for approximately eight cars.
