ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - FUTURE DIRECTIONS CIC
Future Directions CIC provides 24 hour personal and domestic support to people, over the age of 16, who live in their own home and who have a complex health care need such as a learning disability. Support is provided on a long term basis in tenanted housing.
Future Directions CIC office in based in Oldham, however personal support is provided in a number of areas in the North West. These currently include Rochdale, Trafford, Warrington and Stockport.
