Future Care Solutions aim to provide quality personal support and care to enable each individual to live their lives as independently as possible whilst maintaining control of their future.
Our on-going philosophy is to provide a positive and enjoyable experience for both our clients and staff.
We refuse to 'cut corners' and the welfare of our clients and staff are at the heart of our service. Therefore we have regular quality assurance reviews in the form of client satisfaction surveys, regular staff meetings and monitoring of staff.
Our expertly trained team of professional carers offer personal care and support, finance care and letter writing, nutritional care, assistance with pets, getting out and about, accompanying to day centres or other places of interest, support to go on holiday, carer or family respite sits, end of life care. This list is not exhaustive.
We can also arrange a package of care to support those living with MS, COPD and other respiratory conditions, PEG feeding aswell as those recovering from a stroke or post operative rehabilitation or those needing a palliative care programme.
