Clevedon House is an 11 bed residential home in Weston super Mare located near to the collegeand many local shops, the town centre with its pubs, clubs, cinema, bowling alley and the multimillion pound redeveloped sea front bringing new attractions and amenities close to our doorstep.
The Clevedon House team believe passionately in putting the individual at the heart of everydaylife, providing support at a pace that sees a persons ambitions, dreams and potential listened toand realised, whether that be going out in the local community to work and socialise alongsideneighbours and friends, or at home encouraging people to have a say and a real voice in the dayto day running of their home, their life, their future done their way.
Support workers enable the service users to be as independent as possible in their home and in their community, and support a range of individualised day services in both. Service users are encouraged and supported to lead an active social life, to personalise their own rooms, to be involved in the home which has a very positive culture of listening to their feedback and complaints. Each person is supported to have an annual holiday to a place of their choosing either in a group or on their own.
