ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - FRANKLIN HOUSE
Our warm and friendly team provides personalised nursing and respite care for older people, including individuals with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. We also offer sensitive and supportive end of life care.
We take a person-centred approach to care by getting to know each resident’s individual needs and their personal interests and tastes. For example, all of the activities we offer are based around what residents tell us they like doing.
Franklin House includes a rehabilitation unit for individuals who've had a stay in hospital and need some extra help before they return to their own home. The unit has an occupational therapist, a physiotherapist and a social worker to give individuals the all-round help they need.
