Four Seasons Care Home
Situated within a residential area of Breightmet in Bolton, Four Seasons is a purpose built 121 bedded care home offering Dementia, Nursing and Residential care. We also provide Specialist care to young people with disabilities.
Meet the team
At HC-One our experienced Home Managers and members of staff ensure kindness is at the heart of everything we do.
We understand that meals are a very important part of our Residents’ day, our menus cover a variety of choices for each meal and a choice of snacks, fresh fruit and refreshments are also available 24 hours a day.
Family and friends join Residents for meals which are served in one of the dining rooms or, if our Residents wish, they can choose to eat in the privacy of their own rooms.
Hobbies and interests
Our Activities Co-ordinator spends time with Residents to ensure popular pastimes are included within the weekly activities calendar which is displayed in the home, this includes:
• Gardening
• Professional entertainers
• Organised excursions
• Music therapy
• Gentle exercise
• Pet therapy
• Performances from local school children
• Themed events
Residents enjoy regular outings to local places of interest.
Our cinema which shows film classics and modern movies is very popular with our Residents.
Outdoor areas
Our attractive courtyards, sensory garden and large established gardens are great places for those who enjoy spending time outdoors.
The open and secure patio area complete with comfortable seating is also popular with Residents.
Residents who enjoy the sunshine all year can choose to unwind, relax and socialise with family and friends in one of our three conservatories.
