ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - FORGE HOUSE
Forge House is a privately owned residential care home that provides personal care and accommodation for up to six adults with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour who do not require nursing care. The ethos of the home is to help develop independent living skills and to develop an active life within the local community.
The service also provides an outreach service to people living in the local community. We assist people to develop and maintain their life skills and where appropriate provide supported living accommodation. Our service users range from young people leaving care, young offenders, adults with learning disabilities, adults with mental health difficulties and adults with alcohol, drug and eating disorders
