It is situated in the Seacroft area of Leeds within easy reach of public transport routes and local amenities. The first floor has passenger lift access. Bedrooms offer single occupancy. Communal areas offer space for people to meet visitors. The building opens onto an enclosed courtyard and has safe surrounding gardens.
