ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - FAIRPLAY - HOME BASED SUPPORT SERVICE
Fairplay home based support service provides personal care to disabled children and young people up to 18 years of age, and support to their families, in their own home and on a sessional basis at their purpose built premises near Chesterfield town centre. There were 16 children and young people who used the service on the day of our inspection.
