Fairlawn Residential Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 26 older people. Accommodation is arranged over two floors. There is a stair lift to assist people to move between floors. The home is located in a residential area of Maidstone approximately one mile from the town centre which has mainline and local rail links. There are bus routes close to the home.
