The agency covers the towns and surrounding areas of Chelmsford, Braintree and Maldon. It provides short term packages of support to adults of all ages, usually following discharge from hospital. The service is provided to people with the aim of supporting them to regain or retain independent living in the community. The agency also provides a crisis response service with the aim of preventing hospital admissions and a private care service.
