Errol House is a registered short breaks service for adults and younger people aged 16 who have a learning disability. In the heart of the beautiful village of Boston Spa, this hosts a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. Boston Spa is in an ideal location as it is within easy reach of the A64, A1, M1 and the A19.
The Property is a large detached 6 bedded house with 5 bedrooms on the ground floor for people who have more complex support requirements, one of these has an en suite shower room and one bedroom on the first floor for guests who are more able. The home does not have a lift. The home is staffed on a 24-hour basis. The house has its own transport and is close to local amenities including shops.

Based at Pickering, The Wilf Ward Family Trust provides a wide range of social care services for all vulnerable groups. These include supported living services, short breaks/ holiday support, residential care, individual community services, home care and support to carers throughout the Yorkshire and Humber region.
