Elms House supports up to six people with learning disabilities. The home is a large terraced house situated close to shops, buses and the local facilities of Clitheroe. Accommodation is provided on two floors. There are six single bedrooms. Communal areas include two lounges and a separate dining room. There is a garden forecourt to the front of the home, with nearby on the road parking.
