ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - ELMGROVE HOUSE
Elmgrove House is one of the registered locations of the provider Notting Hill Housing Trust. It provides extra care housing for a mixed group of 14 people who have varying care needs. People who use the service are supported to remain independent and have their own bedsits with staff available 24 hours a day to help with tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, personal care and medication. Elmgrove House is in Hammersmith.
