Elgin Close is one of the registered locations of the provider Notting Hill Housing Trust. Extra care housing is provided for a mixed group of people who have varying care needs. People have tenancy agreements with Notting Hill Housing and live in one of the 36 flats in a purpose built building in Shepherds Bush.
