Eden Mencap Society is a registered charity supporting children and adults, who have learning disabilities in the Eden Valley of Cumbria. The agency provides services that are based in a person's home and a supported living service. The service has an office base in Penrith. The service runs horticultural and catering schemes for people attending the centre. There is also a community based cafe and this placement builds on skills and prepares for employment for those receiving services.
