ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - ECM DOMICILARY CARE LIMITED
ECM is a domiciliary care service which provides personal care to older people in their home. ECM had at the time of our visit 62 people who used their services and 26 staff which included managers, adminstration staff and care workers. The office is situated on the main high street in Offerton which is approximately a 10 to 15 minute car drive from the centre of Stockport.
