Dunollie Nursing Home provides palliative, residential, nursing and respite care for older people in a caring, friendly and homely environment. Each person we support is treated as an individual and we develop a tailored care plan to meet their specific needs, choices and wishes.
We enable people to maintain lifestyles that are as similar as possible to those enjoyed at home. We encourage regular interaction with the local community, including contact with friends, family and local groups. We encourage friends and family to be involved through regular visits and participation at special activities, events and open days.
The activities offered are very much based on the individual’s choice and interests. The activities programme includes therapeutic workshops and music for health to aid reflexology interaction. We also arrange craft fayres and take regular trips out to garden centres, theatres and the beach.
Meals are an important part of the day at Dunollie. Our expert catering team prepares a varied menu of fresh home cooked food every day and we cater for individual likes and dislikes from a cultural, religious or choice perspective.
Our experienced and qualified nursing staff provide 24 hour tailored care and are supported by a team of care assistants selected for their skills and experience in residential, nursing, palliative and respite care.
