Dulverton House is situated in the seaside town of Scarborough. The home is on three floors and provides accommodation for 22 people who have residential needs. There is on street parking and a lift for those who have mobility needs to be able to access the upper floors. Some of the rooms have en-suite facilities. There are several communal areas for people to use.
