ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - DILLAN CARE PATHWAY
Dillan Care Pathway is registered to provide care in people's own homes and supported living. The registered manager also runs a registered residential care home, Sara Lodge, from the same address at 24 Talbot Crescent. 22 or 24 Talbot Crescent were directly connected and used as one dwelling. At the time of the inspection, Dillan Care Pathway was providing care to seven adults with learning disabilities on supported living contracts. All seven people lived within in a room at either 22 or 24 Talbot Crescent. The exit from the connected houses is via a main door at 24 Talbot Crescent.
