Dean View is a large detached house situated in the town of Crediton, close to the town centre. It provides accommodation and personal care for five people with learning disabilities. Bedrooms are on the ground and first floor. Doorways are wide and adaptations are in place for people who use wheelchairs. There is a garden and parking to the rear of the property.
