Crossroads Care Essex supports Carers, caring for themselves or for others.
We provide respite care in the home, outings, personal care and companionship services.
We have an advocacy service - this is someone who will help you to understand what is available and to help you fill in forms etc. This is a free service.
We pride ourselves on being the best. And being a not for profit charity means that all our charges go to support Carers.
CQC inspected us and were impressed with what our clients and staff said about the services we provide. They felt that we should have a more structured induction form which is why they said some standards have not been met. We have put this in place and they are happy with it.
