Crossroads Care East Midlands is a not for profit organisation which provides a variety of support and domiciliary care services to people of all ages across the County. We also provide a range of homecare services to both Local Authorities in Nottingham City and Nottingham County and to the local Clinical Commissioning Groups.
All our Carer Support Workers are experienced and work with people who have a wide variety of needs and conditions. We can offer a service which ranges from a simple 15 minutes to assist with getting up and getting dressed through to 24-hour specialist complex care.
We offer a companionship service where a Carer Support Worker spends time with clients ensuring that they have someone to help them pursue and share their social interests and hobbies.
We pride ourselves on our personal, professional and understanding approach. We listen to what you and your family want from a home care provider and build our service around your personal needs and requirements.
