ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - CRISIS RESPONSE SERVICE
The Crisis Response Service operates from 09:00 hours to 22:00 hours, seven days a week and is situated on the second floor of Moorgate Primary Care Centre in Bury town centre. The service provides support for any person over the age of 18 who has a health and/or social crisis. The service consists of a team of health and social care professionals whose aim is to help people living at home who find themselves in a crisis situation.
