The registered provider is Kirklees Metropolitan Council; Crescent Dale is a purpose built home providing long stay residential accommodation for up to eight people from the age of 18 years who have learning disabilities. The home shares the same grounds with its sister home Milldale and is located in a residential setting close to Heckmondwike town centre.
