North Manchester Rehab service is a care home providing 24-hour support and accommodation for up to five people whose support needs relate to their mental health. The service forms part of the North Manchester Rehabilitation Scheme. The service is managed by Creative Support with Manchester Mental Health and Social Care Trust (MMHSCT) providing on going professional input. The home is situated in the Crumpsall, North Manchester and is close to transport links, local shops and leisure facilities.
