ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - CRAEGMOOR CARLTON HOUSE
Carlton House and Cottage supports males who have a wide range of needs, sometimes complex in nature.
We support people with autism, learning disabilities and associated mental health problems and we are equipt through our specially trained workforce to support individuals who may express behaviours which could be considered challenging, we also support individuals with forensic backgrounds.
Carlton House and Cottage consists of two houses on one site with all bedrooms being newly refurbished and are en suite.
The aim of the service is to support people to develop their skills, manage behaviours and where appropriate, to return to supported living environments. We do this by devising detailed support plans in conjunction with the service user, multidisciplinary team and our own internal teams. To further enhance the support we can deliver we are afforded the skills and expertise of specialist advisors who work with our service users to achieve positive outcomes.
At Carlton House and Cottage we are committed to enabling and encouraging individuals to develop the skills they need to live as independently as possible, illustrating great empathy, committed relationships and tremendous persistence to improve the health and wellbeing of the people we support.
