ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - CRAEGMOOR BRIDGEWAY
Bridgeway provides nursing and personal care for up to 27 adults with physical disabilities and offers short term, long term and respite care.
At Bridgeway, our dedicated and professional team work to enhance the quality of individuals' daily lives. We support and encourage everyone to retain their independence by making choices about their lifestyle and maintaining contact with their family and friends, as well as the local community.
We adopt a multidisciplinary approach, based on an individual's needs and wishes. Everyone is encouraged to be involved in their own person centred plans and risk assessments.
Through Craegmoor's Your Voice programme, we support people to voice their views about the support they receive using their preferred form of communication.
The home is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of Preston. Shops and local amenities are easily accessible and the home has its own transport.
