Constant Care Services provides domiciliary care to people in their own homes and supplies staff to registered care homes. The agency accepts domiciliary care referrals from another domiciliary care agency, which is registered separately with the Care Quality Commission. The partner agency co-ordinates assessments and care plans for people who use the service and carries out regular quality monitoring checks.
