Conquest Recruitment is a Home Care Support (Domicilliary Care) organisation.
We specialise in provision of Home Care support for long term needs as well as providing a Reablement Service for temporary support needs following a medical crisis. Our services are provided 365 days a year between 7am - 8pm (including Christmas and Boxing days).
We are committed to provision of high quality social care that meets service users' health, psychological and social needs based on the person-centred care philosophy. We offer personalized community based support, respecting and involving people who use the service, ensuring people live fulfilling lives in the community; and that people's needs are assessed and care and support planned. We aim to facillitate feedback from service users and families; ensure given opinions are listened to, and that people who use the service feel included and attached. We ensure choice and control is given, and that people can live full and independent lives.
