ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - COMMUNITY REHABILITATION MANAGEMENT
Community Rehabilitation Management provides home rehabilitation services for people with acquired brain and spinal cord injury or trauma and who are experiencing significant physical, intellectual, emotional, behavioural and social and vocational impairments. The service is managed from Rutland House in Chesterfield. People who use services are located throughout the country. Personal care is currently provided for three people.
