Welcome to CommuniCare. We are specialist providers of home care services to people living in Oldham, Saddleworth, Failsworth and the surrounding districts. Our home care service allows you to tailor your personal or respite care requirements, enabling you to remain independent in the comfort of your own home, without compromising on the quality of your care. Our home care services can be as flexible as you need from a few hours a week, to 7 days a week. ? In addition the we also provide other support to people such as shopping, socialising and other domestic services.
We have an experienced and dedicated care team who will support you every step of the way, from your initial enquiry through to the delivery of your care. They have in-depth knowledge and experience in coordinating and delivering care at home packages and are able to advise you on the most suitable service to meet your specific requirements.
At the time of the inspection the agency was providing support to 140 adults most of whom were older people.
